Default Newbi, wana know what headers and exhaust i should get

Hey all, new guy here, 06 Ram 1500, 5.7 Hemi. already have spectre CAI, would like to know what you guys prefer for headers and exhaust, trying to get as best MPG as i can. I saw that hedman headers are great for performance and increased mpg, maybe BBK, but i see allot of you use pacesetter. and I really like the flowmaster super 44, where do you get the system summit? whitney? help me out here ha

The exhaust really depends on you. I have been really happy with mine, its 2.5" true duals, with and x-pipe and 3.5" tips at a 45* angle out the back (no mufflers). 5.7 hemi

My dad has a 5.2 with a flowmaster 40series with a single inlet dual outlet that also sounds good.

Headers:
Most people run Pacesetter long tubes. They perform great, just make sure you get them coated so they don't rust. If you can justify the cost, Dynatech SuperMaxx system will preform a little better, but more important they are 304 stainless steel, so you so not have to worry about them rusting. I have also read good things about hedman headers, and they can come in stainless as well. If you go with shorties, edelbrock has some very good deals right now on their website. I have BBKs and I am very happy with them, but I got a great deal on them.

Exhaust:
Search on youtube and you can hear a bunch of sound clips. I personally would not go with flowmaster. I had them on my truck and liked them for a while. They sounded good 95% of the time, until I went on a trip from PA to FL, then the drone drove me crazy. I cut the FM off as soon as I got back. I also found that it was rusting out on the top of the muffler when I removed it. Now I have a Borla XR1 muffler and I love it.

I have lost track of what mods did what to my mpgs. With everything listed in my sig, I get 12.5-15 city (how heavy my right foot dictates which) and average 17-19 highway.
