So I go out and start the truck. It's 10 degrees outside. After about 10 minutes we go out and I drive my kid to school. The heater is still blowing ice cold air. Round trip is about 1/2 miles and the temp gauge is 3/4 way pegged and still blowing cold air.-- Stuck thermostat right?
So I replace the thermostat with a 192F therm. but now the temp gauge only goes up about 1/4 instead of the 1/2 it used to. Bigger issue, it only blows warm air instead of hot air... AND... if it's on the vent the passenger side blows warm air but the driver side blows COLD! Defroster blows warm thru all vents.

I don't get it...
