Default Gas Gage 05 RAM

Has anyone had any trouble with their gas gage? A few times when I had less than a quarter of a tank I would put in about 10 gallons and the gas gage would take awhile to update. The overhead computer the does same thing. If I fill it no problem the system updates as soon as I start up. But like I have state a few gallons it takes 5 to 10 minutes.

Same thing with my '03.

I think it's just a quirk with major gas guzzlers ("10 gallons? That's it?!?" )

Sure I just wanted to go down the street... Now come on everyone knows the HEMI gets GREAT GAS MILEAGE... I hit 20 MPG on the highway when I was going 75 down the highway, reset the computer and took my foot off the pedal...

I have a 2005 HEMI and it does the same thing. No worries.

I have noticed that when I have about a 1/4 or 1/8 a tank and its been sitting in my driveway overnight. The moniter says I can go 80-90 miles before empty but the next morning it shows 20 and the low fuel light, It updates but just takes a few miniutes like you said. It seems that its normal
