i got a 02 ram 1500 4x4 customized and i am so confused about what lift kit to put on and im lookin at buyin a total armored bumper. i paid 9300 for the truck its super clean but i had SOOO many problems with the truck i got it home from dealership and engine went up they replaced that and all the brakes and it didnt have a radio in it so i take it to bestbuy and find out the po destroyed the radio system all stock wiring screwed no power acc nothin coming through he took all the door speakers and the tweeters and ran them under the passenger seat to a after market amp so he had to rewire the WHOLE thing anyways the rearend makes a hesitation when you turn from a stop and another problem is i have heat for a couple seconds then it turns cold you turn the blower off for five mins and back on and its hot for a couple seconds back cold again what could this be ohh and i need to replace the blower resistor

Ok, lifts are pretty simple. There are sites that sell lifts. You just pick out whatever you want for whatever height.

Radio and wiring? Sorry to hear about it but rewiring the truck isnt hard. I did mine simply because I didnt want to mess with the OEM wiring. Either way, glad you got some, tunes.

As for the rear end, check the oil level and if nothing else, CHANGE THE OIL!! If you have a factory LSD, make sure you put in the LSD additive.

I cannot stress enough when buying a used ride to PLEASE treat it as if no maintenance has been done to it and do it all yourself. This means brakes, hoses, belts, plugs, plug wires, air filter, oil, trans and rear end oil, fuel injector cleaner, ECT, ECT, ECT.

As for the heat, it sounds like your heater core is clogged. That why it will eventually heat up but when you blow air over it to get heat out, you cool it off faster than it can heat up (because it is partially clogged)

took it to a dealership this am and got the rear fluid chaznged snd they put the additive in the put a flush machine on and my heat works i changed the blower motor resistor so i think were all good
