I agree, buy the Hemi. I've owned 2 vehicles with 4.7s and they are great motors, but they get about the same fuel economy and have 110 hp less.

Anyone know if you can return a truck based on wrong information form the salesman?

If you can wait a few months, hold off for a 2006 HEMI with the 4 cylinder deactivation. That's what I would have done if my salesman wouldn't have lied to me and told me that absolutely nothing was going to be different about the 2006s.
If this was me I would be in that dealership everyday talking with the manager.
