Default 2 problem need help please!

what is the small radiator called that the power steering hose goes to? and my horn sticks when i push it any one ever take apart there steering wheel if so got any pics or some direction please.

It is called a power steering oil cooler. They sell them in kits with the hose cooler and pressure fitting to the rack.

Can't help you with the horn problem. Mine does not stick.
But it seems you have to push it harder than other vehicles.

Yep, is the power steering cooler.

I've not pulled the steering wheel on a ram, but last one I had to pull (to replace a bad coil spring) I had to rent a steering wheel puller to get it off...

Yeah, as said, PS cooler. There are links in my signature for Parts Catalogs if you want the P/N so you can order a new one.

As for the steering wheel cover, pull your battery cables first and then look on the back side of the steering wheel and remove those screws to get the front facing air bag cover off and expose the inside
