Question Error code dumping

I have a 2007 dodge ram 5.7 hemi and while I was driving today my check engine light came on. I just put a new flopro muffler on it and have put about 150 miles on it. Is there anyway I can find out the error codes without taking it to a mechanic or buying a computer?

Most auto parts store like Auto Zone, have code readers, and they will check them for free. They can also give you a print out of the codes, and what the code is related to.

Agreed, take it to one of those stores and let them pull the codes from you. The post then here.

2007 Rams are stupid sensitive to exhaust leaks. Great for throwing, P0133 and, or P0430.
