Just a little tid bit of information I have heard through a good buddy of mine who is a clerk in a state court system.
A FEDERAL EMISSIONS STANDARD is fixin' to come before congress and from what I'm told it is expected to pass. The standard will almost completely emulate CARB standards and are shooting for it to become law in 2013. This would mean one set of rules for every state and nation-wide inspections if it passes.
Just a little info to ponder, especially for those of you who choose to pay for exhaust work. Cause there is a pretty good chance you'll be paying for the man to undo later all you'd have him do to your exhaust now...
