2005 w/5.7 Hemi...

When the fan is on low, nice heat comes out (of course, slowly), but when I turn to any speed higher, the heater puts out high heat for about 3 seconds, then I hear something change/move in the dash (some sort of damper?), and the sound changes a little too, then it goes to straight cold...brrrrr.

Any advice/pointers/experience...I gotta get it fixed.

Either clogged heater core or bad/broken blend doors in the dash. Lots of threads recently on this.
