Crazy, my '05 2500 did the SAME thing. Did it from new. Never bothered me enough to get it fixed, though. As long as they worked.

My 2000 Dodge Dkota had the same intermitant wiper problem when in the delay setting. I had it fixed when it was under warranty and the shop said it was a control box on the wiper motor and it had to be replaced as an assembly. My 05 Ram does it too but like you guys it doesnt bother me that much. Like I said Dodges are good for beating on, They're tough with good power but they lack the attention to details. Imagine if they got rid of all the fancy electronics and sensors on everything. Just good steel and a Hemi. It would go forever. But then they'd never sell a new truck cause why replace a good truck. How many trucks do you think get traded or sold because the electical gremlins get to be sooo annoying. Tons of them.
