Default Throttle Body options

Hey guys I was wondering if changing the Throttle body on an 08 ram with a 4.7 is worth the trouble. Or also could I do just as well doing a port and polish on my stock TB? One more question will changing or port and polish the throttle body void the lifetime drivetrain warranty I have? Thanks for your help.

P&P TB wont mess with the warranty. I assume you are buying another and sending one off to get P&P?

When you say changing the TB on an 08 with a 4.7 is worth it, what exactly are you referring to? Do you have a 4.7 or a 5.7? Are you talking about changing to a different year in TB's?

I know a few machine shops that have good reputations on doing this mainly on mustangs ect. here locally so Ill have them do it if I decide to.

I have the 4.7 motor

If I changed it Id want aftermarket performance from someone like BBK someone with a similar reputation

I guess I need to know what size I already have if its a 68mm 70mm or whatever and if I can P&P would I see decent improvements in power and or mpg

thanks
