tilt steering
Need help removing the rubber lever for the tilt steering i see holes in the rubber but no screws there I need to remove it because i want to take the bottom plastic around the steering coloum 2003 ram 1500

2003 ram I believe has a retaining clip(c-clip) that holds it on. Also, i think you need to remove something on the front to gain acess to the clip? Hopefuly someone else can chime in?
