So who's going to buy a 2006 ram? Are you guys with current trucks going to trade in for the new updates? How about the people with leases coming due? Is there anyone else here that has not bought yet?

I'm excited to see and test drive the new one. Huge fan of all the changes...

 

NOPE, I just bought my 05 purposely so that I dont have to look at that new front end everyday.

 

Not here if I had the money. That front end just killed it. I'd consider the Mega-Cab though and still the SRT-10 Ram.

Haha, nice to see ya'll really like your trucks! I'm still wondering if there are some people that might want to use a "3.5 gen" forum addition. This way the 06' people don't have to bother everyone else with chit-chat about the 06.

 

I might consider the Mega Cab, and that is with the 6.1L Hemi. Although I AM NOT a fan of the Dakota nose. I wish they had've made it wider.

 

I don't think anyone will be bothered, except people who don't have a ram.

 

I'd probably get one if the Mega cab comes with the 6.1L Hemi. Other than that, no, probably not.

 

I busted my dealer's butt on my '05 order so that I WOULDN'T get stuck with an '06! I don't like a thing about them that I've seen (oops, apart from the better cab insulation). Sorry.

 

I like the 05 much more, not just because I have one, they just look alot smother.
