I like the idea of the mecahnical improvements as well as I would like to see the new interior and captain chairs but I dont like that front end. the mega cab might be nice but I was looking at a regular quad cab with long bed and though that it was too long. And in case nobody know the mega cab is a long bed, quad cab chassis but with a small bed and the additional room given to the cab.

 

I'm going to get the 2006..... how can you argue with so much technological improvement? Things like the suspension and quieter cab are huge. The only thing is that I'll have to wait for aftermarket parts to come out....

 

Nice, at least I'm not the only one looking at the new Ram. Howerver if gas prices go up any further I might have to get a Honda Insight. Hahaha.

I would like to see some interior shots of the new bucket seats... I don't think dodge has released anything yet though.

 

I just read a review the other day that indicated the 06s are going to have a dual mode tow/haul feature. One that is like the current tow haul that locks out 5th gear and adjusts shift points, and another that is an OD off mode that locks out both 4th and 5th overdrive gears.

 

The only interior pics I have seen is the overhead shot and a side view, in regards to the new bucket seats.

 

if the 06's have the same nose as the 05 daks i wouldn't pick em..........

 

I don't think it looks as bad as the dakota, but the headlights seem to wrap around the fender a long way.

I don't understand why they can't stick with the same nose.....didn't the learn their lessons with the new durango and dakota's.......they should be able to tell how popular they are by how many are still sitting at the dealership...
