What could be my problem. When I put it to defrost it still comes out the floor and also when on floor it comes out of defrost. Face or face/feet work ok.

There is a door that controls air flow up to the defrost or down to the feet. Sounds like your door is broken or just hanging there. These are very common to break. That is probably your problem.

You gotta pull the HVAC box out. It requires pulling the dash. Its not as hard as it sounds. It can be done in a day with basic tools. If you can change out a stereo in the truck you can pull the dash. I did it in a weekend. If you have questions let me know. I would try to make sure its the door before you go through all that work.

Thanks for the guys. I think at this time I will wait till warmer wheather to do this job. Not happy I have to pull the dash. Man I hate working on cars. Did it for 16 years and quit. Don't miss those days.
