STS Turbo System For Hemi Ram
When I was in undergrad there was a fellow 2 doors down in the dorm that got busted by the DEA for meth. Biggest bust in Georgia as of 2000. THey also took some 30K that he had stashed in the room...along with everything else...computers, equipment, etc.

LOL!For tuning, I use the SMT6 piggyback unit. STS' tuning gets by but it's primative IMO. You get 5.5psi as a base and if you get the electronic boost controller you need to get an i/c or meth injection. Then you can safely go up to about 7psi. Changing any of that tampers with their preset fuel control. I now have a 3.6psi base because it is MUCH easier to drive around day to day with. My max boost is 8psi but with a turn of the switch I can easily go up to 9, 10 or more. Meth injection also helps with that high of a boost level.
As for your engine handling it...well.....play things safe and you should be okay. If you put some Ross pistons in there I'd say 10psi would be a safe boost level. I'm not happy with our pistons and one day I'll change them out. They are fine for 5 to 8psi and some folks have even run 10psi and been fine. This is my daily driver so I'll stick to 8psi.

Sweet!
Sounds like you know your stuff when it comes to these trucks. Those are some good numbers in the sig BTW.

Im interested in getting an STS turbo for my truck, well once I get back from Iraq. Im just looking for any information on pricing and different options that anyone might have installed. On their site I see larger Turbo's, IC, and all sorts of things, just not sure what I would necessarily be interested in. I have an 04 QC as well, interested in any type of performance numbers that anyone might have. Thanks.
