Default 06 1500 Helper Springs or load support

Well I need some opinions on this, There are a bunch of options out there and I don not know which way to go. I do use the truck for towing and with the jeep on it in the enclosed trailer. It likes to sag... alot. I can feel it bottom out alot going over pot holes and road imperfection because illinois is know for awesome roads. 5 days a week its usally driving back and forth to work with at most 750# of materials. but weekends it tends to go out and tow the jeep or haul firewood or people etc etc..

So I dont know if a hell wig is better than an air bag or this is better than that so i need opinion here ... Money is an issue but If an option is wayy better but it costs a little more im game for it. Please help out.

Also on a side note: I might do a 2" drop schackle on the back as well as better anti-roll equipment for handling. I know ill get flamed for lowering a 4x4 just a little but i have some joint problems that come ad go and if i can lower the bed a little bit i dont have to lift anythng as high and its a better height for me to grab things...making my day that much eaisier..

Bags, only way to support heavy loads without sacrificing ANY ride quality when not towing or hauling...

Back when I was doing construction and hauling tractors around, we had this saying...If your truck is sagging, you don't know how to load your equipment. And basically what it meant was keep the tractor loaded more towards the back of the trailer so the tongue keeps the truck from sagging. I loaded the tractors so that my truck sagged maybe 2 inches but no more than that, and I never had problems. Now if your trailer isn't long enough to do that, try backing the Jeep on the trailer so the weight of the engine is further back and you might find it is ok...if not, I swear by my load distribution hitch...I have a 24 ft enclosed car hauler that my truck pulls like nothing, and had it filled to the brim a few times helping friends move. The hitch also helps with swaying with big enclosed trailers like mine as well. However, hauling fire wood, the distribution hitch won't help you...So I'm with Hammer on this one with the air bags...I don't know first hand, but from A LOT of research and the knowledge of a few guys here, I'm going for some air bags when/if I have the issue of needing them

Take look at Timbren's they don't require any air or air lines and if you only need them occasonially they work good.
