'04 Ram Gearshift Cable

I'll be replacing my gearshift cable this weekend, and looking at the gearshift lever, I'm wondering if there is a special tool to remove the linkage from the swivel at the lever. The rest of it seems pretty simple.

It starts at page 2072 in the 04 Srvc Man and is very simple. Nothing special is required.
