Default Loss of power after blown radiator

I blew a hole in my radiator the other day and had it replaced; but now my truck seems to have lost some power and idles rough. I have a 2002 1500 ram. I just dont know where to start to getting this fixed, it just seems weird to me and doesn't "feel" right after the blow out.

Welcome to the site. Did it run hot? You might have blown head gaskets or cracked heads if you are losing power like that. Just a thought

yup... sounds like a compression test is in order.. also, check your oil to see if it is coolant contaminated.
