I just pulled the dash to repair the blend doors. Got screwed by the dealer getting to wrong defrost door. I repaired the broken door with some clue. I hope it works but if not it all comes apart will easy. Put the updated stops in also so that should help. Drop the column and some wires that run up that way so you can pull the dash. Then some bolts on the side of the dash and then it comes out. For the heater box the 3 bolts inside and the 3 outside at the engine bay. Did this job with my other mechanic budy. So we tag team it. It is a easy job I don't recommend cutting it all apart in the truck.
