don't know if they are made for the rams, but I used shackles & hangers on the rear of another truck to bring the rear down 4".

real cheap way is spring clamps (clamp overloads to rest of spring pack), but the ride is bouncy...

Yea i seen those before and i dont know if there are any out there for our rams. another thing too, our hangers are welded to the frame, not bolted. so i dont even know if i could change them.

Wait, what do they use to lower the rear 4" on a 2/4?? and i dont think i would want to remove one leaf or use clamps.

stay away from removing leafs or using overloads...remember the '80's mini craze with all the datsun/nissans/toyotas with the bouncy rear-ends?! talk about squirly in the curves.

you may have to go custom for just that 1" you seek...sucks, but if ya want it done right then don't half-ash it.

it was on my project fords that I used flip/c-notch for the f150 and a shackle/hanger kit for the v8 ranger. all parts were suspension techniques and bell tech

if you get a exhaust pipe bender you can remove the one inch of rear lift you are trying to. remember no heat must be a slow cold bend. i would start with about 1/4 inch in the middle even with the guide pin hole. it should take about 1/2 inch off off total high on each end (where mounts attach) this is an old school trick for lifting trucks with out paying out the ***. i have only seen it done on race cars but idk y it shouldnt work on street cars too. you must remember to use a very very slowly and NO HEAT WHAT SO EVER it will cause the spring to shatter and the small parts will in-bed in to the skin and can be lethal. im talking from and eye witness experance when the springs explode its like a frag grenade. i still have a peice in my leg and i was 3 bays down the shop!
