We need more info on the truck drivetrain and what exactly you are wanting.
A level is less than 100 and provides 2ish of lift if its a 2wd and cranking the Torsion Bars is free for about 2in. You cant ask for cheaper lift? The next is a 3in body lift for 350, but it will still have the rake
after that, the next 6in is over a grand if you are 4x4. Spindles are an option on 2wds for 3-4in in the front

I don't know where this got started about cranking the existing key bolts being harsher than a set of leveling keys. They both achieve height by exerting pressure on the torsion bars. Cranking increases the angle of the stock keys, leveling keys are indexed to a higher angle. Same result on the torsion bars and it's the stiffening of the torsion bars that firms up the front end...

Tires will wear funny because any lift to the suspension throws off the camber of the tires. The fix for this is getting an alignment after doing the lift/level, again regardless of whether you crank the existing keys or getting leveling keys...
