Couldn't you just use the 4wd in high or wil there not be enough slip in turns? Also, there are quite a few LSD and locker type differentials in the aftermarket. Just gotta look around. Powertrax comes to mind, but I've heard both good and bad about them. No actual experience with them.

Don't all 4x4's have rear LSD?

I have found it needs it in the front as well...

Seems like a worthy upgrade - probably lots of $$ though.

Might want to consider looking for a used one from a salvage yard. It would probably be a whole lot less expensive.

look inot the aftermarket like Auburn limited slips. If you are on ice, dont do a locker of any kind.

Thanks guys..I know there are alot on the market.I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the.I've had clutch tpyes in my Dakotas and didn't like them very much.Ithought that i would go the route of a gear driven one.i would most likely do both front and rear.Good suggestions, keepen coming.
