Default Vibration after hitting a dip or bump on highway

2006 4x4 Ram quad cab. Well like the title says when driving down the highway if you hit a pothole or a even a dip in the road my truck starts vibrating and shaking like crazy, you have to slow down and sometimes be close to stopping before it quits. just replaced upper ball joints and steering stabilizer same problem. Can't see anything else that is loose. I know with older models they had issues with the track bar and steering shock and would cause the same issue. the track bar is a little differeant on the newer trucks and appears to be tight.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

Or ball joints/tie rods. My grandfather had a '60 Rambler that did the same thing.

I going to assume you have a 2500/3500 with a solid front axle. On a solid axle the leading cause of death wobble is a worn component in the track bar that centers the axle. Check it for bad bushing, loose bolts, and holes that been worn out and is now bigger than the bolt in it. I know you said it seems tight, but I would double check it.

Is the truck lifted or leveled at all?

Steering stabilizers are a band aid for the problem. In a proper system they arent needed, but since most arent they are needed. That why when you see a huge truck, they are running 4 of them to try to cover the horrible steering setup they have.

Other causes are usually worn control arm bushings, uneven tire pressure, worn ball joints, worn tie rods and drag links.
