Default speakers are cutting in and out

I'm pretty sure its the connection. It's the front two speakers. Or would the problem be behind the radio, its a keenwood.

Odds are its a grounding issue.

If it's aftermarket in a CANbus equipped truck, the first place I would check is behind the radio. Does the cut-out occur at all volume levels in all speakers?

Ditto...I did my install myself a year ago and over the winter had a speaker that went in and out as it saw fit. After two warranty claims for different connectors, I found a bad connection inside a crimp. Took me an hour with a meter maid and tearing off door panels, but I found it! Long story short, check your connections...

Agreed. I also have has a wire rub on the door frame until it just barely rubbed through the speaker lead insulation and caused a short which caused the speaker to cut in and out
