I have 2003 ram 1500 that when in over drive there's no acceleration until 3/4 of pedal travel but by then it drops in to 3rd anyone have this issue?

I don't think the Diabolo Sport Tuner can do that on an 03....someone will chime in.
But I DO KNOW that the Torque Management free mod can and does work on our trucks. Do a search on this 5 minutes to complete mod to wake up your WOT shifts.
However......we still have to live with the double od and the poor shift schedule that Dodge lumbered us with ha ha ha.

As stated, between the sloshy transmission and horrible shift schedule PLUS, it sounds like you have 3:55 gears to boot which hasn't been mentioned.
Any other year besides the '03 ans Superchips allows full custom shift scheduling. Partial throttle up&downshifts. YOU decide at what throttle % you want the truck to shift and react to. But since you have an '03, the TM mod is all you can do.
The TM mod will only make your truck shift faster/harder. It will not help you with the problem you have posted about. Dodge cuts the ***** off on the shift. Up to 80% power reduction while shifting.
