David, I see your in Toronto, there is (was) an 03 ram at http://www.beetontruckandauto.com/index.html I just got my fuse block from them 2 weeks ago. It MIGHT have power windows. They had an ad on kijiji.ca.

Make an offer (low) for the parts you want, they will counter pretty fair. I paid only 100 for the fuse block with the fcm attached.

Just wanted to add they normally deal in rigs only so the parts from smaller vehicles they want gone.
