Default suspension sag, question

ok so i have a 06 ram 2500 mega cab, has the hemi... it is lifted 12" on 41's
(yes i know, lol) anyways i just bought the truck and it has a noticable lean about 1/2inch or so on the drivers side and is consistant front to back. any ideas what could cause this, i looked at everything and nothing is bent or tweaked that i notice, just seems weird that both front and back on on side know what i mean.... so any ideas guys??

I think people used to call that the bachelor lean, or something like that. The weight of the driver and never having a passanger.

I would venture that either the previous owner was very heavy, or it's a cheap/improperly installed lift.

I'm 300 lbs and no vehicle I've ever owned has developed a lean because of it, even my old 2450lb Mirage. If you're fat enough to make a 2500 mega cab lean you're probably in imminent danger of dropping dead and couldn't climb up into it anyway.

You could try replacing the body mounts/bushings to see if they are bad due to you stepping up in the truck and sitting in it.

A 26 gal tank does add about 180# of fuel and a 35 gal tank adds about 245#

I've seen 400-500lb "people" that are still "mobile." It happens LoL I meant it more as a joke though.
