Default Update on Mom`s 2002 QC

Went up there & jacked up the front...tried rocking the tire back & forth, & even up & down. It was tight. I messed up & didn`t bring my 4 way, so I asked mom to bring me back to my house & we`d give it another listen. This knock knock knock(slight) is coming from the rear...my ears aren`t what they used to be, from me being a semi-retired guitar player(loud music). It only happens when turning to the right & the curve is a 40mph curve. She hit it going about 45, we heard the knock start & I said hit the brakes. She did & I have to say, she hit`em a little harder than I was hoping but the knock stopped....lol. For diagnosis info, just before we headed out I noticed the tire is wearing more on the OUTside(RR tire). Maybe this is better info for those that know these trucks. Sorry that I had it wrong about it being the front...it was raining pretty hard there Sunday. I didn`t have the time to take the RR tire off because....well, mom had a class to teach tonite...She`s 1 busy almost 75 yo lady(Fri). & its almost funny to see her driving it But she doesn`t much care for cars...& hasn`t for 25+ years...LOL!
Anyway, maybe this new...Correct info may yield some more ideas from ya`all....I appreciate any ideas!!! Thanks in advance....GAS

Could be a bum tire, wheel bearing, warped rotor, axle bearing, brakes any number of things. Again, jack it up and check for play, left right up down in out.

Remove the wheel & check brakes etc.

Make sure the driveshaft isn't contacting anything(u-joints good?)
Maybe it's your carrier inside the differential making the noise? Main bearings could be bad or worn components.
