Default power steering leak on 03 Ram..................

on the passenger side. I can see the fluid on the frame just back from where the front bumper attaches. Lines and hose look dry. Cooler doesn't appear to be leaking. Anyone else have this issue?

It could be tranny fluid from the trans cooler, since it is on the passenger side.

The power steering line is wrapped in wire loom, could have wear underneath or it's running down from the pressure sensor fitting where mine was. The hose is fairly cheap & easy to replace.

Make sure it isnt trans fluid (which is also AFT4 AKA PS fluid) coming from the cooler or couplers

My truck had to have a new power steering cooler installed this past Winter. I was seeing a redish color fluid drip on the passenger side, near the front bumper. I had a real hard time seeing where the leak was coming from. My truck is an 07 Hemi Quad.

It was the power steering cooler. Got a used one. Out and in about 30 mins.

I wasn't worried about the tranny because I checked the power steering fluid and it was very low. I also remembered that it uses ATF+4 and not power steering fluid or I probably would have been freaking out at first.
