Default need help!!! code p0113

So I hooked the code reader up to my truck for no reason. Just was bored. Well its reading p0113 code and says "IAT sensor 1 circuit high input" can anyone tell me what it means and what I need to do to get it fixed? I just put a CAI on it about a month ago. Its an 03 qcsb with the 5.7

That's the sensor that you insert into your CAI, you probably just manhandled it a little bit when you unplugged it or pushed it into the CAI. Reset the PCM and odds are the code will not come back...

I had the battery completely disconnected for around an hour last weekend when I was doing the plugs. Shouldn't that reset it? If not how do you reset it? Also when I pulled IAT sensor I broke a piece of the plastic housing but glued it back together.

Well, there is a piece of information that would have been nice in your initial post. Those things are fragile as hell. It's possible it's hosed.

Yes having the battery disconnected should reset the PCM if it's done long enough.

It is possible you are pulling a "stored" code. Is your CEL currently on? If you clear the code, does it come back?

Yeah, it probably popped the first time you turned the truck on after your CAI install, fairly common...

And if you need to, you can buy that sensor at local auto parts stores for cheap.
