Hi everyone I have a 2007 4x4 ram 1500 quad cab and I have searched the forums and could find a great answer. The truck has approx 27500 miles and when I hit about 65 mph the entire front end/steering wheel shake as if the wheels are about to fall off. I hit the brakes and I get that pulsating feeling in the pedal. The thing is,,, after it happens once it doesn't happen till the next day, or I try to make it happen again but I can't it just does itself when it wants to. Other then this issue the truck drives great/smooth, brakes are fine....I rotated the tire and balanced them and still get the same problem. The rotors were cut at 26000 miles. I also lifted the front end and wheel have no play in them. So I bought it to the dealer with an appointment on Wednesday just hoping they can find the problem without raping me. Any Ideas???

 

Kinda late on this i know but have you taken it to the dealer and if so, what was said?

 

if this is really the death wobble, people have been using the steering box braces to fix it
