So I have a number of broken manifold bolts and the leak is just getting worse and worse so time for some headers. I've been looking for a while and got it narrowed down I think to some dougs headers for about 500 from summit as soon as I get some money here in a few weeks. Just wanted to see if anyone else has any experience with these or maybe any other headers for a 2500. I would really, really, really like to the the long tubes from tti because they look frickin awesome! but they say for 06 only anyone know the difference between an 03,04,05 from an 06 2500 hemi exhaust/manifold/header wise?

I think there is a slight difference on the right side motor mount.

 

Thats kinda what I was thinking too, the engine on an 03 might be a slight bit more towards the passenger side or something like that which would cause a difference because it is very tight for the first two exhaust ports. Im pretty sure there isnt any difference in the shock tower because my friends 06 cummins looks pretty identical suspension wise in the front and even if the transmission/bell housing is designed a little different on the newer ones I dont see it changing much because there is quite a bit of room for a lt header to fit through there easy
