My linkage bar fell off as well about 2 years ago and I had to buy the full setup from the dealer. And if that wasn't a rip off enough, they didn't sell it with the set screw / bolt. So I had to make a trip to Home Depot and match a bolt up to it. Kinda makes you wonder why it's such a weak link system that's so easy to fall apart . . . oh wait, nevermind LOL

so how much was it?!?! mine friggin fell off the truck somhow...semmed like it was resting there pretty snug and wasnt going anywhere. ughh

I don't remember exactly now, but it was around $100 I think. In that pic that Mike posted, I had to buy the connecting rod, and both metal "arms" (the pieces that connect to the transfer case and the lever in the cab) just so I could get the rubber grommets. The dealer I went to didn't want to sell just the rubber grommets. I transferred both grommets to my original hardware and then just popped in the linkage bar. Not at all a very secure setup. I imagine running over a good size branch at the right angle could prolly pop the thing loose again.

sheesh...yeah i thought it was at least held in by some sort of c-clip...i reaaaaaaly dont wanna pay $100 bucks for a 5" peice of metal..seriously thats retarded...illl take a gander and see if i can make something..
