I'm not familiar with those pads, so it could be them. I usually buy Hawk or EBCs when I need pads and never hear a squeal out of 'em.
Assuming the rotors were re-surfaced correctly and assuming the new pads work as advertised, it's time to take a look at the calipers...

Well, when I was a married man, the former Mrs. Hammer would wear out rotors like there was no tomorrow. I've replaced them with under 20k miles on them with both her ZJ Grand Cherokees and her one WJ. The woman only knew full gas and full brake!
She'd have them warped to where a re-surfacing did no good and they'd squeal like a stuck pig.
Although the shop should have checked them for warpage and not done any re-surfacing if they were, it's possible they are warped.
This is not a widespread issue on Rams, so it should be easy enough to isolate the source...

I agree w/Hammer either a warped rotor, possible caliper hanging up? anytime I do brakes I spray my pads w/Zep silence or equilivent(back side of course),and I always clean up my caliper bolts on a bench grinder w/ the wire brush and apply a good amount of sil-glyde or caliper grease...

A squeal is a highly indication of metal to metal OR contaminated mating surfaces. As
Hammer mentioned, this is not a wide spread issue to call your goat a POS.
Especially your ride, its not all that heavy to be so problematic as you've stated.
If the rotors were warped you would be receiving/feeling a pulsation at applied brakes. You didn't mention pulsing.
Go back into the loudest wheel brake assy and do a through inspection.
You are looking for any fresh scored streaking.
Another thing, I'm gone, your aviator is so annoying.
Good luck.
