This was after two days of prying on it with everything i could
I went to autozone and picked up the slide hammer and it worked great! I wish I would have gotten it earlier.

just a quick tip for you guys trying to replace the cv axles, i was cussing up and down today to try and get mine out. I ended up cutting the passenger cv axle in half and then it slid right off but, to install the new one i unbolted the upper control arm and that allowed to whole wheel assembly to "fall" further away from the axle shaft coming out of the diff. I had plenty of clearance and it made my life a heck of a lot easier, getting the axle shaft out is a different story i had to grind a groove into the passenger one and jam my pry bar into the groove, the driver side i haven't had any luck yet as you can see! The cv split in half and the boot ripped, so i've got the cv cup still stuck on the axle shaft. I was trying anything to get it off. Any Pointers?
