Default Ujoint problems/help please

Rear Ujoint in my 06 mega cab is going out. I had a shop quote a price that was way to high at initial glance. I then looked over the quote and realized they quoted me for Dodge replacement parts. They stated that Spider did not make a ujoint for an 06 mega cab with and automatic.

Are there options for the Ujoint in an 06 mega cab 1500 with an auto? I would really prefer greaseable ones...

Thanks a bunch

Check rockauto.com look under the 2500

Precision & acdelco are listed, precision has grease nipples.

Ok so it looks like a Percision part number 330A is that correct?

Are they good u joints? they are listed at like 13 each... But they are greaseable so I should be able to make em last longer than stock. I gues I really mean to ask are they good and strong?

The 330a or the super strength 295a which is also greaseable.

Your doing all 3?

I only need to replace the very rear one for now, but I am sure the other will not be too far behind so I am going to replace them while the dl is out. I am not sure thier condition, but they have 80,000 miles on em...

So either a 330a or a 295a will work. thanks a bunch.

I have the "Precision"------Federal Moguls in mine, and yes they are good and stand up to a lot of abuse, plus they're greasable. I'm not sure about the number--it was a couple of years ago now I did my 2500.

Make sure you keep your driveline regulated during rebuild so no vibration develops
