Default In Cab Water Leak

Whenever it rains or I wash my truck, water comes in the cab from up by the heater motor somewhere, and it soaks my passenger side floor. I can't pinpoint the exact place under the dash where it is comming from. Anyone else had this problem, and how did you find the leak and fix it??????

You sure that's where it's coming in? Usually it's around the center stop light. Could be the cowl leaking. I haven't seen any other threads that mentioned that.

Yes I'm sure thats where it is comming in. I have checked it out and can see that the water is dripping from up by my heater motor somewhere. it puddles on the passenger floor whenever it rains or I wash the truck

I read that sometimes the passender side door seal doesnt do its job and water gets in the pillar and leaks down, sometimes leaking out of the bottom mount bolt of the grab handle up near the dash. Maybe it is getting further down and leaking out near the floor? Heard the fix is bend your door for a tighter seal or replace the seal with a newer style - there is supposed to be a TSB about this.

Thought it might be the door seals also, but replaced those, and water is still comming into cab from under passenger side dash up by heater motor

I have water running down both pillars and dripping out the screw covers of the holy $hit handles. I still have to find where it's coming in.

Do you park on a slope? It would be possible for it to be the 3rd brake light and running over the headliner and then down the pillar like mine.

Have you ever replaced the windshield? Possibly a bad sealant job.

Water is not running down pillers I changed the door seals and have checked it there and 3rd brake light again and again. It is dripping in from under the dash by heater motor....... But from there above it I can't tell how it is getting in. All I know is when it rains or I wash the truck the passenger floor gets soaked
