not trying to be a jerk, but your talking about a different year, different brand.
I don't see a connection, or an answer that the OP can use.
Back to the topic at hand,
Like Hammer said, most people use non-fouler's to remedy the situation. I suppose you may be able to turn them off with custom CMR tuning.
Weed, didn't you turn off your o2's?

Custom tunes can be written telling the PCM to ignore any signal from the rear O2's, but it doesn't shut them off, just doesn't trigger a CEL.
An SCT is a tuner that allows for custum tunes to be written to it, but as far as a bought in store, "canned tune" tuner, I don't know of the feature existing.
Custom tunes are expensive and don't offer a lot of advantages for stock or mildly modded vehicles. Non-foulers on the other hand are about $5 a piece...

Yeah my rear 02s are disabled but that is through my custom tuning. Diablo used to have EGR and O2 options in their tuners but due to emission standards they took it out. However, in custom tuning it is available.
Non-foulers are avail at any autoparts store. They are 18mm x 1.5 and we have a how to thread in our FAQs/How To's/FIY's
