Default Exhaust

Hello-

Im not too into trucks, I bought mine for the utility of it, but I think I would like to add an exhaust because the HEMI just sounds so nice. I have flowmaster on my camaro, however everyone i talk to says, yeah, they sound great, but you may even loose power. SO, I was looking and Gibson makes a sweet looking side exaust. Any recommendations? I dont want to spend more than $500. Any other brands to consider? Do I even need to go catback? My goal is for MPG and sound.

Thanks!

I originally had the magnaflow dual exhaust. I swithced the magnaflow out for flomaster duals. The magnaflow was nice but I like the way the flomasters sound better.
