Replacement Tires
At OK tire they carry a brand called Dayton, i beleieve it is a bridgestone tire, i run the MT's on my 1998, they do make an all season tire that look good as well. they won't break your wallet either.
If you check my location out, you'll understand the importance of winter tires to me/my family..
I ran Toyo Open Country AT's for 3 winters and never had aproblem with them. They do NOT have the mountain/snowlfake on them (mine didn't). The BFG AT/KO's I have now do have the mountain though. I will likely still trade them out for the Cooper's we bought last winter. They were AWESOME!

I found a set of Nitto Dura Grapplers for $1200 including a 4 wheel alignment. Seems to be the best price on tires around here that I can tell.
Thoughts on the NIttos?
Other than that its BFG Rugged Terrain TA for $1250, but its a 6 ply. The NIttos are 4 which is all I should really need, only tow a light trailer. Or there are a set of Hercules Tera Trac A/W for $1150.00.

The Dura Grapps are a great tire. I have a good buddy with a Ram dually who swears by them. He goosenecks these real huge rooftop A/C systems all over the country and gets 80k miles out of his.
However, the downside to this tire is that it is specifically made for heavier diesel trucks and heavy towing applications. It has a VERY stiff sidewall and can be rather harsh driving with a light truck which is unladen. The tread is considered well above average on both dry and wet pavement and does fair in shallow, hard-packed snow and ice, but deep snow and mud you can forget it.
Personally, I've had terrible luck with the two sets of BFG A/Ts that I've owned, but a lot of guys like them. Tough to beat the Terra Grapps for a daily driver with a little bit of mild off-road usage, IMO...
I've had something like seven full size 4x4 trucks in the 28 years I've been driving and I can't ever recall having a Bridgestone tire on any of them stock. I know I've never bought a set after-market. BUT it's very rare to find anybody say anything negative about a Bridgestone and they always seem to get really good reviews...
I just had a very odd comment from a local dealer. I asked if they would match the tire price from this other dealer (Costco). They said no, the tire most likely isn't the same and was probably made for Costco, being less of quality.
The tires are both REVO 2, does this make any sense at all?

Of course it's true... My 2006 Dodge Ram Laramie 3500 4x4 is better than the other dealer's 2006 Dodge Ram Laramie 3500 4x4 because that other dealer is a douche.
Very poor salesmanship. It's the same product. The dealer with the better price wants your business more.
