Default please help me with this wiring problem
I'm putting a 2006 5.7l in my 2002 ram 1500. I'm having some problems with the wiring. I was wondering if any one knows what the wiring is called going from the PCM to the fire wall? Or if anyone knows were I can get one? Also I have another plug cumming out of the wiring harness by the PCM. dose anyone know what the module is call?

Are you trying to use the '06 harness in your '02? I don't think you can mix the 2 (02-05 are PCI bus, 06+ are CANbus).

Agreed. With that 06 Hemi you are installing you will need the matching PCM and matching engine harness

if i change the pci bus to the canbus will i need to change the harness under the dash

You need to find a complete harness setup from an 03-05. If you happen upon a complete 2005 PCM and harness, let me know so I can buy it lol (missed out on Weed's).

Yes, and that is a can of worms you don't wanna open.
