Default gears for hemi qc 4x4
is it possible to get 4.10 or 4.56 gears on one and how much would it cost?

Yes, about $350.00 - $500 an axle depending on the shop. Shop around and remember you will have to adjust your speedo after changing gears. If your buying a truck from the dealer new you could just order what you want from the begining.
