The location of the toolset is underneath the PASENGER SEAT. There is a black lever on the front of the lower plastic part that lifts up and allows the seat frame cover to pull out reavealing the tools.

Ohh, and under the center seat, there is a hidden compartment. Your locking lugnut key maybe in there.
