New to the sight. traded in 99 dodge ram 1500 for 2007 ram 1500 quad cab 5.7 hemi. Truck in good condition silver will post pics later but i need help locating a the tool that lowers the spare and a jack. also need the lock nut tool. any suggestions? From what i saw on the site when i searched ask about ram 1500 quad cab jack and tools the posts were mixed. I can buy a jack but i need the tool that lowers the spare. in DFW Texas area home of the WORLD CHAMPION DALLAS MAVS! Help. about to go on a road trip and can go unless i have these items for sure.

Welcome to the site, lots of good guys on this forum. As for finding the tools to lower the spare, you don't have them under the passenger side front seat? I don't know why anyone would remove them. The best place to find a replacement would probably be the dealership. Good luck.

You could try a junkyard if you have any near you, might be able to score what you need pretty cheap.
