$500 for a power steeering Pump???

the ones you showed are not the the same one on my dodge and not the one that came from the factory. I am wondering if the one from advanced might bea portion of the "new" set up. I am not sure yet what the exact issue is yet. The 1500 mega Cab is really a 3/4 ton truck. But I am not sure what the power steering pump does seem to be an issue. Not sure but again local napa, oriellys and dealership all said I need a totally different pump, bracket and resivoir that the original factory set up

that is the pump on my truck , 04 quad cab with the 5.7 hemi. I had no issues with it

It's the same part number for 1500 or 2500, gas or diesel.

yep, I looked it up for all different models and they take the same pump. Not sure what's going on to cause yours to eat pumps.

Huge difference in price might be that you are being quoted for an OEM Mopar part, while the one from Advanced is an aftermarket rebuilt...which would seem preferable in your case!
