Ok, take a 21mm socket and a 1/2" breaker bar and put it on the crank bolt on the front of the engine and try to turn the engine over BY HAND both CW and CCW.
NOTE: It will be hard to turn with the spark plugs in. I advise you to remove either all plugs or at least one plug from each cylinder

OK. So the fuses and starter are good. The engine isn't locked. But flipping the key gets you nothing. So either no power is getting through the ignition switch, the PCM isn't closing the relay for the starter or the fusible link to the starter is shot.
Either way, you should have downloaded the Service Manual from the links in my signature by now also and should be going through it and the supplied wiring schematics as you know that you have an electrical issue.
Which BTW, im not convinced is related to your original issue.
