The pinned employee is believed to have suffered at least one broken leg. The other male reportedly suffered some gashes to his head.

I can tell you what happened - it had enough spanking from all those Dodge's and decided to retaliate.
Seriously - this is inexcusible. Companies that put out garbage should be put out of business - and that may include Dodge if they can't resolve the stalling issue. It happened to my father-in-laws' 04 Hemi - luckily in our driveway. Could be fatal in traffic or on a u-turn.

Duude....my 4.7 stalls alot...and no its not bc i dont know how to work the manual. driven manual for years but this truck has some weird stalling issues. its always at low speeds too, cant figure out what triggers it.

I sent this to a colleage at work. Here is what she had to say:
"I hate to say it but...the same thing happened to my husband one time at a loading dock and it was a good thing no one was standing between the dock and vehicle and guess what...it was a Ford! And man....did we have to fight with autopac!!!!!! [local auto insurance]"
That's two. In this case - a mechanic was able to find the problem - all they had to do was pay the deductible.
