AC does not blow at all. I have replaced the blower motor, blower motor actuator, and even the fuses. Everything has power going to it (test light checked everything), including the AC controls. Any ideas? the blower motor does not spin, and there is no air blowing out, hot or cold, from any of the ports. the motor should spin since it is getting power right? the motor is brand new. it's hot as hell out here and is only going to get really cold in the winter. so i NEED both ac and heat

 

Sounds like you have no ground to the motor if there is 12V at the motor.

 

I tried that too...there are 2 wires going to the motor. A blue with yellow line (power) and a solid blue. The solid should be ground right? I ran a wire from the solid blue to ground but nothing happened

 

It could be a relay somewhere maybe?

 

Check the relay box on the front right when you open the hood. Switch the relay with one of the others that look exactly like it. If I remember correctly it is something like the fogs.
