Default PLEASE HELP 04 1500 ram auto transmission vibration

Sorry if this has been talked about before, but did a search and can't find the answer to my problem.

Here is the story.

3 months ago I was at the dealer for the 120 000 km tune up for my truck. They did all the required things chrysler asks for for this tune up. The next morning the truck had problems getting into gear especially reverse. It took the transmission about 5 seconds to engage. I called the dealer and they had no idea what was the problem so I did a search here and found out that this was caused by bad installation of transmission oil pump seal. After they fixed the seal, the next day, I was on the road going about 75-80 kph and I noticed that as soon as the transmission goes from 4th to 5th gear, you can feel a bad vibration coming from the transmission and when you give a bit more gas the vibration get's stronger big time and the whole truck shakes until you floor it and force it to downshift, put it in neutral or change gear yourself. This will happen on soft acceleration only. If you accelerate from stop to 100 KPH half throttle you will notice that at every up shift, the rpm's becomes erratic (goes up and down +- 100) for a couple of seconds and then revs up normally. Also, when you put the cruse at about 80 kph and you go up hill slightly, when the transmission want's to down shift it hesitates, the rpm goes up about 200 and goes right back down and does this a few times until you are up the hill or going way to slow that is has no choice to downshift. I also noticed that every time I drive the truck for either 20 ft or 100 km, when I stop and leave the transmission in D, the rpm's go down to 500 and the engine struggles not to choke until I put it in neutral then it goes right back up to 650.

I really need help here, all the dealer are worthless, they all have no idea what is the problem.

They tried the quick learn but no change.

It now has been 3 months, I put in 7000 kms, I went for a oil change and they told me I had to change the oil in the transmission because it was really black.

I'm a contractor and need this truck every day.

Thanks

Jean

Torque converter(TC) is slipping....OR, your trans filter on the return line. Older one's had drainback problems and cause delayed engagement. Newer ones superceed with a correct check valve to prevent drainback in the torque converter while sitting. New filters are cheap. Have you replaced the trans filters inside the pan with new fluid?
Problem while moving sounds to me like Torque Converter issue's. Have you tried using the O/D off or Tow/haul button(which ever you have on the '04??)
They both lock out 5th gear and this will check your TC for problems generally but not always.

There might be a small amount of sludge built up in an orifice preventing valve pressure. That usually throws a code though?

forgot to say that before the tune up, I had no issues what so ever with transmission or motor so something went wrong during tune up.

HERE is the link for the cooler return filter, not that I think it's your problem.
What I think could be your problem is that they never fully seated the filter completely. Lots of guys who have done the filter/fluid change themselves found out the hard way and had to pull it all back apart to find that the filter wasn't completely seated up in and had worked it's way loose. It's only a wedge type orifice for the filter neck to wedge up into. Improperly seated or forgetting to pull out the old o-ring can cause this issue. Most have had CEL's, but not all.
